Philipp Bader, aged 59, holds a degree in Process Engineering from ETH Zurich. Upon completing his studies, he began his career in the Energy-from-Waste (EfW) sector with the former Von Roll Environmental Division. Over the course of 30 years with Von Roll, AEE, and HZI, he accumulated extensive experience across various areas. He led departments such as Flue Gas Treatment, Combustion & Boiler, and Supply Management, and served as Head of Project Execution. In 2013, he assumed responsibility for the entire Energy-from-Waste Core Technology. His professional focus has always been on optimizing overall plant concepts, with a particular emphasis on combustion and boiler technologies. In 2023, he took on the role of overseeing all technology operations at Kanadevia Inova.
