Kirstie focuses on developing evidence-based strategies to support sustainable growth. She works across Geminor’s European operations and with partners throughout the value chain, optimising waste-to-energy fuels, exploring alternative technologies, and understanding the feedstock needs of emerging technologies. She is also helping to build the company’s research and development capabilities. Coming from an academic background with a PhD in microplastic pollution, Kirstie is driven by the need to improve the waste management sector, recover more value from waste, and reduce its environmental impact.
