Phil Hemmens has 50 years of experience in the global energy industry, including 20 plus years in senior roles with Eni SpA. His career with Eni has included being the Head of Northern Europe Management, Chairman of Var Energi and Managing Director for Eni UK Limited, including being the initial Managing Director for Liverpool Bay CCS Limited. He has been involved in CCUS since the HyNet/Liverpool Bay T&S application for Track 1. Phil holds degrees in Physics and Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, London and a Diploma in General Management from IMD, Lausanne.
