• 2018 - Mike joined MVV Environment Ltd as Managing Director, leading the commercial and financial teams for the UK businesses. • 2002-2018 - Mike was with Shanks & McEwan waste Services, rebranded as Renewi from 2017. He was a Director from 2004, with various operational and commercial responsibilities, and UK Operations Director from 2012.
• 1999-2001 - Director, started Bagnall & Morris Waste Services for family owners.
• 1994-1999 Lavelle Waste Services (Manchester), General Manager.
• 1988-1994, Cleanaway (as was) for six years in sales/operational roles.
