Arran Mornin has led the heat networks policy team in the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero since August 2020. He has a background working on electricity systems policy and as an economist. He has an undergraduate degree in economics and a Masters in the Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from UCL.
