Stuart is currently responsible for a range of development activities in SUEZ UK, delivering commercial projects, business tools, techniques and information to meet the business and customer needs. Main activity themes include harnessing waste as a resource, energy and bio-fuels manufacture, sorting, extraction and value enhancement for waste mix resources, customer solutions, research and development under the increasing influence of carbon and resource scarcity. Stuart has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and has wide technical and commercial skills and experience in the field of waste and resource management, markets, strategy, technologies and the environment.

Headed two joint government programmes in Wales over the last ten years for the development and delivery of biowaste and energy recovery facilities procured through public private partnerships. Currently focused on the collaborative development of projects involving innovative reprocessing technologies to deliver increased resource efficiency towards circular economy goals.
Angus Hamilton is the Managing Director of Levenseat, a resource management company in central Scotland offering wide range of Resource management services. Angus has over 15 years’ experience in the resource management industry, and has been a key player in the Levenseat Renewable Energy (LREL) team who in March 2015, secured financing for a 12.5MWe EfW plant (fluidised bed gasification) and fuel preparation and materials recycling facility with capacity to process 215,000 tonnes pa of residual MSW and C&I waste.
