Claudia Amos is an experienced waste professional with over twenty years experience in the recycling, secondary material market and renewable energy sector. She has led complex international teams on high profile projects covering a wide range of waste streams and relevant processing technologies including sorting and separation, biological, chemical and thermal waste treatment. In the past years she has specialised in advanced plastics recycling, able to process a wider range of waste inputs using purification, decomposition, pyrolysis and gasification technologies to produce hydro-carbons, monomers and polymer outputs. The Anthesis client base includes equity and debt investors, project developers and waste producers evaluating opportunities to recycle and recover valuable resources from plastic waste. Claudia's experience and portfolio includes route to market evaluations, supply and value chain assessments, feasibility studies, project and business plan development support as well as investor ready business case presentation and commercial due diligence for new projects, refinancing opportunities as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Richard is the Head of Consulting at Axion, the circular economy specialists. Richard has worked in waste and recycling since graduating from The University of Manchester with a masters degree in Chemical Engineering. Richard manages collection schemes for PVC flooring and medical devices, and is also the Recovinyl Regional Representative for the UK. Richard works extensively in plastics packaging recycling, carrying out R&D and Due Diligence projects. Supply chain collaboration is a key focus for Richard and Axion.
