Dr. Christian Lach, Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, has more than 20 years’ experience in global commodity as well as specialty chemicals businesses, strategy development, establishing organizational structures, mergers and acquisitions including integration of acquired organizations, and a focus on market-driven innovation. 
Lach holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Freiburg.
Lach is a citizen of Germany. Prior to moving to Oslo for his position with Quantafuel, he has lived in Germany, the United States, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.

Steve leads WSP’s consultancy services to the waste sector through leadership of one of the most experienced teams in the UK, with a market leading position in the procurement and expiry of waste infrastructure and services; including EfW. Following multiple recent acquisitions WSP now provides one of the largest service offerings to the sector. Over the past 17 years, Steve’s background includes a strong focus on strategy development and feedstock due diligence (including sustainable aviation fuels from waste projects) for both international and domestic projects, as well as experience in procurement, benchmarking and options appraisal, business case development, life cycle analysis and policy.
