Ranked as a leading lawyer in the sector by Legal 500, he has advised on over 50 PFI/PPP and ERF (moving grate and gasification) projects. His clients include energy generators, developers, banks and investors, energy off takers, waste management companies, local authorities and other organisations in the energy, waste and resource management supply chain.
Nadeem understands the commercial and risk issues in complex private finance and PPP delivery structures especially between SPVs, EPC and O&M Contractors.
