Tom leads Defra’s Residual Waste and Infrastructure policy team. Tom has worked for Defra for four years, including leading Defra’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic to support the waste sector in England. Before working for Defra Tom was a Senior Environmental Consultant leading Environmental Impact Assessments for landmark developments, predominately across London.
