Kjetil Vikingstad studied at the agricultural university in Norway between 1990 and 1995 and moved into the waste business in 1007.  He built up a waste sorting business, becoming its CEO, between 1997 and 2004.  From 2004 onwards, he built up Geminor, again taking on the position of CEO.

Jakub Bator is an economist and manager. Member of the Management Board of Krakowski Holding Komunalny S.A., responsible for the operation of the of the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant in Cracow (Eco-incinerator). One of the founders and vice president of the Association of Energy Producers from Waste (SPEO). From 2011 as Measure Authorising Officer in construction process WtE Plant. Vice-president of the Confederation of European Waste-to-Energy Plants (CEWEP). Member of the European Federation of Local Energy Companies (CEDEC). It focuses on continuous improvement of the management process. He is doing his PhD at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, entitled: The use of high-calcium fly ash from thermal utilization of waste in the carbonation process.
