Sam has over 20 years’ experience working in waste and resources for a local authority. Having started his career as a junior member of the waste management section he has worked his way up gaining experience in a range of roles. He has been the Strategic Manager for Waste and resources since 2015 and became the Chair of the National Association of Waste Disposal Officers (NAWDO) in June 2022.
