He has worked across Europe, managing projects to fruition from development, through the planning, consultation and tender stages, and then into construction and operation. Ian has significant experience with associated contractual matters and taking financial and management responsibility for energy business units. Ian is the founder and managing director of Cobalt Energy Limited, which is now over 10 years old, which offers Engineering Resources, Project Construction Services and Plant Operational Management.”
