Daniel Hulbert leads the CCUS contract management function at the Low Carbon Contracts Company. His team is responsible for the management of the Dispatchable Power, Waste and Industrial Carbon Capture agreements. The team has been involved in developing these contracts with the Department of Energy Security and has supported the financial close process for awarded contracts. Dan has a broad background in energy having previously worked in policy, project development and commercial structuring
