James McLeary is the current Managing Director of Biffa Polymers, James has spent more than 20 years in polymer related industries, having worked for BASF, INEOS and others throughout Africa and Europe.  He has a Doctorate in Polymer Chemistry and has helped customers with polymer applications ranging from medical and food contact grades to paper and construction.  James is passionate about polymers and the responsible use and management of polymeric materials.  James’s key focus at Biffa is developing the polymer recycling industry to reduce waste and decrease carbon footprints.
